Telemar Finland and Oy Navidec Ab have merged to Telemar Oy Ab The Board of Directors of Telemar Scandinavia AB decided at their meeting on 15th December 2010 to transfer Telemar Finland (Telemar Scandinavia AB Finland Branch, company reg. n:o 1812812-5) business to Oy Navidec Ab on 31st December 2010. At the same time the limited company will change its name to Telemar Oy Ab as of 1st January 2011. Telemar Oy Ab is a 100 % subsidiary of Telemar Scandinavia AB. The changes from 1st January 2011 are:

- The new company name is Telemar Oy Ab

- The new company registration is 0790844-1 and EU VAT number FI07908441

All existing agreements with Telemar Finland have been transferred to Telemar Oy Ab on 31st December 2010.

"Spirit of Britain" delivered with bridge installations by Telemar - Wednesday, January 05, 2011

P & O Ferries has recently taken delivery from the STX Rauma Shipyard of their newbuilding "Spirit of Britain". She is the largest one of the English channel ferries - lenght 213 m, with a capacity of 180 trailers, 195 passenger cars, and 2.000 passengers. The Sperry bridge has been installed and commissioned by Telemar Oy Ab in Helsinki/Turku.

Allure of The Seas Delivered - Friday, October 29, 2010

The "Allure of the Seas" has left the shipyard in Turku, Finland, on her maiden voyage on the 29th of October. She is owned by Royal Carribean International and is one of the two world's largest cruise ships with her sister "Oasis of the Seas" with a capacity of 5.400 passengers and a crew of 2.700. The bridge and navigation electronics supplied by Sperry Marine have been installed and commissioned by Oy Navidec Ab.
